"Beautiful setting, extremely helpful and professional staff (6-Star) and dinner restaurant was good/great. On our first arrival there were 5 dogs barking in the small lobby. Either dogs should not be allowed in the lobby area or a max of 1 (I don’t think people should be allowed to bring 4 dogs as it creates a bad experience for other guests). One of the 2 sinks in our room was backed up on arrival and Netflix didn’t work on the TV. But I want to say again, you can’t have a better location and the entire team of people working at the hotel are very top tier. The bag they give the guests in the room is a very kind touch and memory."
