Bevor man sein Zimmer erreicht, mussten wir erst 42 Stufen unser Gepäck hinauftragen. Einen Fahrstuhl oder andere Hilfsmittel gibt es nicht. Das Zimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe. "This is a cosy hotel located in the city centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy when we arrived on Saturday night. I expect it to be popular based on the reviews. There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times. We stayed there only one night, but we'll book again if we return to the area. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great location close to the train station and in walking distance to so many things to do and see in Bern. Very good breakfast and the staff doing the breakfast made sure that we got there in time and had enough food to eat. The AC in the room was not to American standards but for European AC it was good and kept the room comfortable despite the high heat the area was experiencing. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if we travel to Bern."
