We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Murten with our family. We really appreciated the convenient location, close to the lake and the village. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is large and comfortable, although it could use some update in the furniture. Also tv was not working during our stay. The restaurant is good and has a large choice, but unfortunately it was closed both Sunday and Monday. All in all, we recommend this property and we thank the staff for welcoming us!

Desconforto, incômodo e decepção.Me senti enganada

Hotel em reforma desde 2023 mas não comunica antes da reserva. Trabalhadores começaram a trabalhar antes das 7 hs da manhã além do barulho , cheiro de cola e tíner a sujeira em decorrência disso não possibilitando uma estadia que seja dentro de um padrão razoável de serviço em hotelaria.

Leider ist das Hotel im Umbau und dies wurde bei ebookers nicht erwähnt resp. ich habe es nicht gesehen. Auf der Homepage des Hotels ist es ersichtlich. Übernachtung ist möglich aber es gibt kein Restaurant und keine Bar.
