"We had a wonderful stay at L’Adresse! The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beautiful Sillon beach, and only a short walk to the walled city (Intra-Muros). It’s the perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo on foot.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and even had a small kitchenette – a great bonus for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, from local tips...
"Elegant hotel very near the beach. Each floor decorated with a different historic travel theme: India/Taj Mahal, cruise ship crossing, train excursion, air travel. Staff excellent; there was a power outage while we were there and they all coped and helped all of us deal with its effects."

10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable and convenient, friendly staff, delicious petit-déjeuner buffer, helpful information about local happenings in the lobby, large ascenseur, spacious rooms"
"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were really friendly, family room on 5th floor with a sea view was fantastic! Beach, restaurants, coffee shops etc. were just a few steps away. Would definitely recommend!"
"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location and friendly staff. Steps away from the rampart and beach. We reserved an outdoor parking spot and it was very convenient."
"We stayed at the hotel during Bastille Day. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of it all. We enjoyed wonderful live entertainment in the restaurant downstairs, delicious food and drinks, and then strolled along the ocean walk to watch the spectacular fireworks display celebrating France’s national day. An unforgettable experience.
Our room had a lovely view of the beach and a small fortress out in the sea. The room itself was in great condition with a very comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and accommodating. On top of that, the hotel interior was stylish — above average, for sure. Highly recommended!
Note: If you’re arriving by car, be aware that the streets are narrow, it can be crowded, and parking is limited. However, there’s an underground parking facility just nearby."
"the hotel appears to be newish. everything was clean and in good condition.the breakfast was €15 but was excellent. not the nicest part of st malo but only 7 minutes by car to the old town, ferry and beaches..would definitely stay there again. "
"I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Fantastic location, great little bar downstairs, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. We actually stayed in their smallest room but it was absolutely brilliant. Very comfortable bed, nice shower room and we had a really great sleep after a day of travelling! The staff were great and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The hotel has a small pool that can be booked as private slots so you can effectively have your own pool (bookable in 45 min slots)!"
"This is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us park our car when the Tour de France was about to start from St Malo and the streets were being blocked by the police so there was no available parking. One of the staff came with me in my car, and when we couldn’t find a space in the citadel, he took his car and I followed him in mine in order to find a parking space outside the citadel. He went above and beyond to help us, which was a kind act, and very much appreciated. The breakfast was good quality and tasty and we felt like we were very well looked after. We loved the town, and would definitely go back, and we would stay at this lovely hotel again because of the real hospitality. "
