It is off the beaten track, a large residence set within substantial grounds.
There are only four large sleeping rooms with everything made from OBS board. It seemed to be done quite recently so there still seemed some dust in the air.
The toilets and bathrooms are all new and are very nice.
The grounds have a large photography exhibition with substantial prints displayed, really loved some of them.
The grounds go all the way down to the river where there are a large number...
"Lovely, scrupulously clean apartment, nicely decorated and quaint yet contemporary. Comfortable beds and excellent facilities such as the pool and ping pong table in the garden.
Had a fridge and microwave which were very useful and unexpected. Access to streaming channels on a large screen TV for the evening we stayed home. This was good as we had rain and couldnât sit out in the evenings which was unlucky.
The one drawback was the heat in the rooms - we were on the upper floor and it was...
"Location was great stayed two night first night ate at the Hotel Restaurant food was the best I have had in a long time. Second night did not eat there didnât like the new menu."

Lots of parking and places outside to sit and eat.
Be aware there is no reception, we arrived and night and whole place seemed deserted which was a little eerie until another family stay there arrived
All in all the room for the three of us was stunningly good value....
A stange place, but if you like variety on you trip and like interesting places and a very reasonable price I would recomend

"We were a group of adult travelers from Australia, UK and Ireland. The host was extremely thoughtful in supplying some cold beer on arrival and charcoal for the BBQ. The weather was beautiful so the private courtyard was the absolute highlight of our visit. The house has everything you may need and is comfortable. The road adjacent to the house is noisy at times but you get use to it. The walk to shops and Saint Cado was easy. Loved our stay. "
