"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos deux semaines dans la maison. Nous avons apprécié prendre les repas en extérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle et un lave linge de qualité. Beaucoup d’ustensiles à disposition. La literie était bien également. Un bémol sur la canapé et les fauteuils du salon qui étaient un peu inconfortables. De même l’insonorisation entre le rdc et l’étage est mauvaise. La communication avec les propriétaires est très bonne et ils sont disponibles si nécessaire. Proximité immédiate d’un grand Super U et d’un magasin bio. Le village de saint Cado est accessible à pieds par un petit chemin bucolique , avec un restaurant sympa Madame Mouette et des fest noz organisées l’été où des habitants de la région viennent se mêler aux touristes. Belz est bien situé pour explorer Quimper, Pont Aven, Auray, la Gacilly, Carnac, Concarneau etc à condition bien sûr d’avoir une voiture."

"Wir haben eine Woche als Familieit zwei Kindern (10 und 13) in der Wohnung von Brigitte verbracht und hatten eine gute Zeit.Positiv:- Kontakt zur Vermieterin beim Check in - Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum - Nähe zum Hafen, Strand, Geschäften (man braucht im Ort kein Auto)- privater Parkplatz in der Nähe (1 Min)- Balkon und Aussicht auf das Meer / den Fluss, Liegestühle auf dem Balkon- Größe der Schlafzimmer - bequeme Betten - Preis-Leistung in Ordnung - Nähe zu interessanten Orten in der Umgebung (Menhire, Verschiedene Strände, Vannes , Quiberon, Auray...)Negativ:- Möbel und Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verlebt- manche Stellen der Wohnung waren etwas schmuddelig- wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten uns immer zum Essen auf dem Balkon aufhalten. Es gab zum gemeinsamen Sitzen in der Wohnung sonst nur den Küchentresen, dies wäre bei Regen keine Option für längere gemeinsame Abende gewesenWir sind nicht empfindlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.Achtung: kein WiFiIn der Beschreibung bei FeWo steht "Pool" , es gibt keinen am Haus. Wahrscheinlich ist der kleine See in der Nähe gemeint?"

"We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. The house is large with plenty of room for the four of us. Inside there was pretty much everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived (11 July 2026) it was very hot, around 36-38 degrees for the first couple of days, but inside the house was thankfully cool due to the thick stone walls.The grounds are spacious with lots of trees with shade which were very pleasant to sit under in the warm evenings. We enjoyed lots of cycling in the area, up to Etel and Belz and down to Carnac and the Quiberon peninsula. We also hired kayaks and paddle boards on three days from local businesses.Nicolas is a very friendly and helpful host and communicated well. We had a problem with the boiler leaving us with no hot water for about a day, however Nicolas spent several hours on a French bank holiday (bastille day) to get the water running for us and had a plumber arranged for the next day to fix it. One thing we should point out is that during our stay, 11-25 July 2026, there was some renovation work on the patio area which we did not know about before arriving. This did not impact our holiday, however if you are travelling with young children (ours are 16&20!) you might want to check with Nicolas that this work is complete as there were some areas of the patio to keep away from. I’m sure this is short term, but worth a check. That said, the cost for our stay for this size of house was very reasonable.Thanks Nicolas for an enjoyable stay."

"Superbe hébergement sur très grand jardin avec vue mer.Il faut néanmoins savoir que 4 chambres sont communiquantes 2 à 2. Pas gênant en famille.Hôte très compréhensif et sympathique.Séjour au top !"
