"Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel. Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace. A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk. "

"Stay was excellent. I note though there tends to be some older guests like us...thus, in the btahrooms more rails are needed and for those of us who like a shower you should be provided with a rubber bath mat so you don't slip."

"great location and helpful staff. close to bus and train stops so exploring the area was easy. lots of lively night life in the area so not a quiet place to stay but great if you want to step out and have lots of options nearby."

"Very friendly staff. Good budget hotel within walking distance of Vevey centre and transport. Car park a bonus. Twin room did not have a bedside lamp but this was provided promptly when requested. We had a very pleasant stay."

"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. "Need a reception - advertised as reception between working hours is a fallacy, as there is no reception and we only saw a cleaning person on the day we arrived. The police are absent when the young African men are around , who are waiting on all corners of the station, they are not dangerous but persistent. "

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that they are remote. The apartment was lovely and clean."
