"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area.
