"It is not where it says on the map. I turned up expecting to be in actual Banjul but I was somewhere miles away. They didn't have any rooms even though I was booked in. Took me to another place that was nicer but again, not in the location it said. "

The tiniest bug was that last time I rented an apartment that included a kettle for heating water. This time there wasn't one in the room as they're only in the apartments and not the other rooms. The staff found one for me so no issue at all really, just to let you know if it matters. "

"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. My whole trip was terrible as askay delayed my return to freetownby more than 9 hours. I am asking for part refunds for my airfsirand hotel. This was my worst holiday experience ever."
