"We had a great stay here and it fit all of our needs. The host communicated well and was on top of any issues we had which were few. The building had lost hot water on a Sunday and Monday morning someone was out working on the issue. Primarily for people who aren't used to taking stairs, there are stairs. It is on the 5th floor. There is an equipment elevator available to send up your luggage, a life saver when we got to the building late after a day of hiking, but be prepared to use those...

"The hotel was very good, which is what you would expect from the Radisson name. The only small issue was some confusion about the airport transfer. Since there are two Radisson hotels located relatively close to the airport, both or neither should offer an airport transfer. Unfortunately, only one does, and I ended up taking the transfer to the wrong hotel."

"They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. "
