"Great location for terminal 3 .. walking distance within terminal Easy to get into Tokyo using monorail. Room was clean and had all essential things. Shower room en-suite slightly strange behind a glass window / curtain but had everything required for an overnight airport stay ! "

We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."

"We have stayed here twice as a family of 5- in 2025 and 2023. Ideal and quiet location with walking distance to shibuya scramble. Convenient bus transport from hotel to haneda and narita. Exceptional service and cleanliness and we will continue to return in 2026!"
