"The place was small but we got what we payed for and honestly was a good investment for our travels. The place was clean and had great running water and comfortable beds.We would definitely come back for our next trip."

"たまたまですが、修学旅行生の団体様が一晩中騒いでいて 眠れませんでした。"

"Very clean and well maintained rooms, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming over to Narita."

"The staff was great as always. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was good just wish the eggs cooked better."

"The rooms are old, bad ventilated and do smell bad. The hotel is used as hub for flight crews, noisy tourist groups ...so do not expect undisturbed nights ... it is very noisy. The stuff is generally helpful and friendly, but not on top of the situation. They were unable to provide me with the room type as ordered and where not able to compensate for that ... I am very disappointed."

"The shuttle service from and to the airport was very helpful!"

"成田使う前に1泊するのには特に不自由しないホテル。 周りに歩いて行ける範囲レストランがないのでホテル内のレストランはもう少しバラエティが欲しかった。"

"A beautiful stay at this hotel. Many amenities available to use, the breakfast was next level. Delicious and the most options i've ever seen. Very close to the airport so very convenient. The room was maybe not 100% the cleanest (residue on the tub and counters) but pleasant non the less. The outdoor garden was very peaceful to sit by"

"Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, but it does need a refresh."

"Clean room walking distance to the temple in downtown Narita"

"Loved my stay at Welcome Inn"

"ホテルは少し古いが、駅からとても近くて便利です。"
