"We have been coming to West Jefferson for several years now and always enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn Express. Very convenient location and amenities are what we need. Always clean and breakfast is good with healthy options like yogurt and fruit. Coffee service area is very nice to have too ! "

"We were iffy about booking related to mixed reviews but we found our room quite clean and comfortable. I spray everything in our motel rooms down with Lysol anyway , just a habit developed during Covid and do it even when we stay at the Hampton. Spent one night for my birthday, then drove 30 minutes to eat breakfast at Daniel Boone Inn . Location was great with several fast food restaurants, Ingles and a Dollar General walkable if forget any essentials. Will stay again. "

"The Garnet and Ruby properties worked great for our friend group. By renting both sides we had 6 ladies, 6 BR and 6 baths. Perfect. West Jefferson is a lovely town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The cabin is exactly as described! So cute and it has everything you will need. We wanted to be in downtown West Jefferson so the location was perfect. We had a little hiccup checking in but our host handled the issue quickly. Even called us personally. Excellent customer service!!!! "

"Beautiful apartment! The pictures don't do it justice! The apartment is spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner has thought of everything you might need on a vacation and it's all there, from an extra charging cord with every adapter by the bedside to spare umbrellas by the door to games and movies for relaxing. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can need to make a meal or snack. And every part of the apartment was impeccably clean. We would and have already recommend this as a perfect place to stay and explore West Jefferson!"
