"This hotel was amazing! He loved every part of it from the friendly and helpful staff to the room and the restaurant! The rooms were good size and the bed was comfortable! We loved our stay!"

"The hotel was very clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff let the team down. I once tried to order room service and the restaurant would not pick up the phone and then when they finally picked it up, they hung up the phone right away. When I asked at reception, I was told that the restaurant must be very busy. I also had another unpleasant experience at the restaurant during breakfast. I walked towards an empty table that was free and as I put the plate down, the waiter came over and told me to move because another couple wanted to sit there. The couple came over with their plates and I was just standing there, not knowing what to do with myself… he did not even offer a different table, just told me to move, it was such an unpleasant experience and so, so rude to treat guests like this. This really took away from the whole experience, I think that if the restaurant staff were professional and friendly, I’d give a 5 star rating. "

"Cant fault this hotel. Room and staff lovely. Location excellent. Hotel had a great bar and roof terrace and there was a cinema room showing a free film each night. They also give you a free drink at the bar if dont require your room to be cleaned for 3 days, and the cocktails were delicious. Had a younger vice re clientele and staff. Enterance to the hotel was at street level with a lift to the hotel, and that was a bit dark. Wasnt too expensive. Highly recommend."

"Easy check in. Great location, just few minutes walk from underground and tram station. Clean and modern room. Only one small thing: if the extractor fan in bathroom was on for a while, the room may smell of oil/ smoke, likely from the back-drawing from the kitchen extractor fan. But overall I’m very happy with the stay."

"The start was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the palace and public transportation). We visited in Spring, the weather was cold outside but the temperature in the rooms was set too high, we could not seem to get it lowered in the room."

"This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and the hotel’s behavior was by far the worst part of it. I had to cancel my trip because of the war in the Middle East—something serious, dangerous, and completely outside of my control. Any reasonable business would show basic understanding in that situation. This hotel did the exact opposite. They flat-out refused to refund anything or offer even the smallest accommodation. No credit, no rescheduling, nothing. Just a cold, scripted response hiding behind “policy” with zero regard for safety or common sense. It honestly felt like they cared more about keeping my money than about treating customers fairly during a real-world crisis. While Expedia was also unhelpful and simply echoed the hotel’s stance, the hotel itself was the main problem. Their attitude was rigid, dismissive, and frankly greedy. Hospitality is supposed to involve at least some level of empathy—this place showed none. If this is how they treat customers during serious global events, I can’t imagine how they handle everyday issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering this hotel: book at your own risk, because if anything goes wrong, don’t expect fairness, understanding, or even basic decency—you will likely just lose your money. "
