The room was very dirty when we checked-in. Hairs all over the bathroom floors, in the sink, bathtub. Toenail clippings in the bathroom. We went and bought our own cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves. Shower did not function properly. Sprayed all over the floor constantly. We had higher hopes for this hotel.

A quiet boutique hotel with all the accommodations. Very clean and 24hour reception was great. Did not have breakfast but it always smelled delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

What can I say, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. huge room with separate walking closet, separate bath and separate toilet, it felt like a suit. The room was clean with electrical outlet near the bed and many places around the room, the shower was hot and excellent. Location: near Maria Hilfer, via the NH passage then you 2 min from U3 M. Breakfast was excellent, I could stay there for months. Everything in the bar is free, and you do have a NESPRESSO MACHINE AND CAPSULE. LOVED IT.

We stayed fot two nights and had to ask twice for the heat to be turned on (it was -2C in Vienna. When we arrived, it was turned off, so we checked in into a freezing bedroom - they had our bags since noon, and they knew we would be back as soon as check in was allowed.). During our last night the heat was also turned off and we woke up to an ice cold room once again. (Maybe saving on gas? It felt like they were being cheap, to be honest). Also, the power went off during my checkout morning and the staff didn’t bother to turn it back on because “we were already leaving” - (we still had 3+ hours left and needed to charge electronic devices prior to our upcoming long flight) Service was very disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend nor will I be back.

Sitio simpatico, puede mejorar el servicio

No había nadie atendiendo en el desayuno, se acabaron los huevos y nadie estaba ahi para ayudar. Con excepción de una persona que hablaba español y una persona cuando llegamos el servicio es muy frio poco amigable.

Charmantes Hotel

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U3 und viele Restaurants und Bars sind in kürzester Zeit fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem hat das Hotel einen gewissen Charme der mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal ist nett, das Frühstück lecker und es gibt einen Haus-Cocktail, den man sich nach fachkundiger Anleitung durch das Personal selber mixen darf. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A charming original.

Quirky, charming boutique experience, with a retro style. It’s tucked away from the city bustle, but in easy walking distance to attractions like the Museum Quarter. And a bargain as well. It was my second visit, but won’t be the last.
