"Check in was quick and easy Clemente was superb. WiFi was perfect no issues at all especially with 12 people on it constantly. Kitchen facilities were spot on. Especially the indoor bbq set up. It’s remote but with cars absolutely loads to do not far. Easily best location of my 3 visits to Tuscany. "
