"This hotel is very conveniently located next to the OCAT and the Station. Everything is automated from the check in at a Kiosk, forwarding your luggage, and even storing your luggage is all done through your phone or a kiosk. If you make it error, it is time consuming bc you are not dealing with help from customer service. You have to figure it out yourself. I loved that the 7-11 was inside the hotel. The rooms were very clean. It's a big hotel so a lot of people go through the system so I get why its automated. I would book this hotel again although on the pricy side for it convenience to transportation."

After having done it, it’s not to my preference but if I was in a pinch, or was traveling on a tighter budget, I’d 100% stay here again. Super convenient location, nice area to relax in and plenty of space for washing up. It’s a little odd to me not having onsite staff you can talk to, but it was still super convenient. My only issues were the noise at night (I’m sure we’re all shocked) and the cleanliness of the showers specifically, they could use a renovation. Otherwise it was quite nice."
