"Terrible experience. They canceled my 2 room reservation. Then only had 1 room left that i could book. They charged me more for that changed room than my price was for 2 rooms. Then they charged me twice. Staff was extremely rude and very standoffish. Not willing to answer simple questions concerningthem double charging me. Room was dirty. Food wrappers, hair, no toilet paper. The pool was ok, hot tub was not hot. All in all I'd never stay here again. I'd never suggest this place to my worst enemy. Terrible experience "

"Only thing I ain’t like was having to get pool towels from the front desk. Because I didn’t know! We got in the water and had to walk to the front desk wet and cold to get towels. Other than that. GREAT HOTEL IM STAYING HERE EVERY TIME IM IN GRAND RAPIDS.. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. THEY GOT ONE OF THE BEST SHOWER HEADS I EVER SEEN WITH UNLIMITED HOT WATER.OMG WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES. HOTEL WAS SO QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATED BY EVERY STORE AND RESTAURANT YOU CAN THINK OF. WORTH THE MONEY."

"Staff all very friendly. Breakfast and early snacks good. Everything was very clean. Just that the 2 queen suite lacked some things that for the price would have expected a little more. Small bathroom for a suite, no amenities. No extras , not even a pen/paper, Kleenex or maybe a sink at the coffee bar, small fridge. Maybe kinda picking but for over $700 for three nights. Think because free booze and snacks at night satisfies most people."

"The Amway is always a class act. We stayed in the older Pantlind side on request. Just love it. Our in room coffee maker delivered undrinkable, tea looking coffee, and we didnt see a container to put ice in for our wine. It also would be great if the parking wasnt so expensive if you stay at the hotel. Overall a great stay otherwise. They let us check in before 4. We will be back."

"Rooms were dirty and was told there wasn't cleaning staff. Second night couldn't sleep because of amount of noise on 4th floor. Nothing on phone as to how to contact main desk. Staff friendly, Continental breakfast nice. Pet friendly."

"The property was older, but kept very well. The pool was a lot of fun for our family, and there is a basketball court outside that we did not get to use but looked like it would be fun as well! Breakfast was pretty basic for hotel food, but there was plenty of food even during the busiest times. But what won the show was the staff. They were very accommodating and kind to us and our little one. Would definitely stay here again."
