"There was no available when you would call the front desk for support"

"I’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu several times for the convenience of accessing the airport, comfortable rooms and delicious food at the restaurant. Everything was great again for this visit. Only hiccup was when I completely forgot to add time to my parking. It has always been free to park at the hotel but they now have a third party system where parking is approximately $25 per day. This is disappointing as it has always been free and a nice feature of the hotel stay. So due to me forgetting about the new system I ended up with an $82 parking ticket greeting me in the morning. Totally on me, but also totally unfortunate that this is an experience that has clouded my feelings of this hotel. When I went to ask guest services if there was anyway of validating the parking or appealing the ticket, the clerk was very dismissive stating it’s a third party system and I could appeal it with them. There were zero attempts to even help me or listen to my concerns. Other than that, the beds are comfy, clean rooms, beautiful views, quality restaurant. A great place to stay for a couple nights."

"Myself, my 2 sons and daughter in law stayed for 4 nights at this cosy home. We were in Vancouver for a birthday celebration and we were really happy for our accommodations. We had everything we needed and our hosts answered our texts quickly. I would recommend staying here and would certainly reserve again as we are planning to return to Vancouver as it is a good meeting place for some members of our family. We would have liked a couch or comfy chairs for TV watching but we really didn’t watch any TV this trip.Thank you very much to our hosts!"

"The property was very clean and parking was easy, host was very responsive. Surprised to see that one bedroom did not have a window and the window in the other bedroom did not open. For safety reasons, a shower safety bar should be installed in the shower. Moving one of the tvs to the main living room would be nice. More dish clothes and face cloths per stay are needed. Overall an enjoyable stay and would recommend the property. "
