"Clean and quiet"

"I had a pleasant stay at Protea Luanda. The staff are lovely and welcoming, which really made a positive impression. However, the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy periods, and the staff could benefit from being more prompt with orders. The bathroom design in the rooms was a bit off, which was a minor inconvenience. On the bright side, the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, and I really enjoyed the rooftop bar—great for unwinding with a view. The breakfast was good, though again, the staff could improve on speed and efficiency when serving orders. The hotel's location is somewhat awkward, but I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, a decent place with some room for improvement in service speed. "
