"Very poorly managed. Rooms were stinky, towels were missing. Except for the manager, the staff was rude and not trained. Restaurant service was pathetic. "

"The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. I did try calling the front desk but didn’t get through them. Bathroom was in terrible condition. Shower door was not functioning properly. There was no hot water at all considering winter time. Overall, not happy with the rooms as I had two separate bookings. "
