"Average budget hotel, rooms, linen dirty, old rusty fittings, small rooms. Room service staff very slow and careless. Management need to train staff specifically for customer service and facility management, cleaniness & professionalism. "

"Everything was too good. Very nice complimentary buffet breakfast. Reception is on first floor but directional boards are not available on ground floor."

"It was nice stay. Not much professional. But we can manage. Good room. Could have improve bathroom fittings."

"very very unethical approach of hotel. paid huge amount for this poor hotel. They even dont give water and charge for Rs 20.00. I included the breakfast in package, but they are ready to give me one paratha worth rs 90.00 only in name of breakfast. very very unethical approach and talking. very very very disappointment listening so much after payment Rs 2800/- "

"The property was clean and not crowded."

"This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well. Unfortunately, I had another flight to Varanasi in a few hours, so I had no choice but to take a quick shower and leave. My advice to anyone considering this property:...

"It is really amazing in Ghaziabad"
