"Wow! What a disappointment. I'm not a travel snob demanding 5* treatment at a budget hotel. I booked the Ginger Fariidabad with relatively low expectations but even as a seasoned traveller in India they exceeded all my expectations (in a bad way). Issues started when the airport transfer booked with them didnt show up. I called from the airport after waiting an hour to be told they hadn't arranged it afterall.
