Charming plugs should be for both national and international use. In my room charging points are not working and we were unable to use international charging points.... Overall experience was good. "Walkable into airport terminal 3, 2 minutes! ! Great option. For a 4 am flight, however, you cannot enter the hotel without a boarding pass and an employee escorts you to the room. Nice, clean room. Lovely quiet sleep . The staff was amazing! "

"The check in did not happen using tbe booking from hotels.com, i had to pay to property to make a seperate booking as they dont accept booking through expedia. This is the worst experience i had with Hotels.com, the online agent james told me that they will escalate this issue and get back to me soon. "
