"Overall great stay in Hoi An! Huge pool which is perfect for before or after sight seeing! Plus a kids pool so the adults pool is quiet. Lemongrass Spa is also lovely and very soothing for a massage. Property also has bikes and is a 10 min walk from the cute streets. Staff are helpful and our room was upgraded. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The facility was clean and impeccable, the breakfast was delicious that featured both local specialties. The biggest selling point of this hotel for me was the staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. My partner loved the complimentary Vietnamese classes during our stay. I enjoyed conversations with the staff about local events specifically and about Vietnam generally. I appreciated that they allowed me to know Hoi An a little better through their own personal experiences. Great job!! The next time I visit Hoi An, The Saga Hotel is where I will stay. "

"Brilliant staff who treat you like family and do all they can to assist. Pretty basic hotel in general with lap pool and restaurant, not like a resort and probably more for older patrons or people just wanting to unwind. But staff are fantastic and location was quiet and very close to the beach. Also gave free passes to the beach club which was a 1 min walk if you did want to go to a larger pool with swim up bar etc All in all very happy"

"We stayed at Bel Marina for a family wedding and the staff in every area couldn’t have been warmer and more helpful, check in, dining, pool/gardens etc. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with great air con. The pools and gardens were beautifully maintained and help was given when requesting taxi bookings and recommendations. Food options a breakfast were wide and variable, and evening meals that we had were exceptional. This hotel is riverside with beautiful views, and walkable in to the old town and vibrant market areas, and wonderfully peaceful to return to."

"The hotel is simply perfect, the service by staff was seamless from start right to the very end! The architecture is obviously bespoke, but the view, bed, the bath, the pool and spa are even better! I really enjoyed the included breakfast each morning, as well as using their bicycles to get into town. It’s even easier and affordable to get a grab bike and head into town whenever you want. On my last day of the trip, I broke out into a rash (possibly from eating street food the night before) and the staff were so helpful in promptly getting me to the hospital and bringing my breakfast up to the room. I know I will re-visit Hoi An, and I know I will be staying the this hotel again! Thank you for a great time :)"
