"We chose it for the pool but pool was closed and staff were cranky with us when we asked. It upset my grandkids. It could have been handled with better customer service. We drove a long way and my family was looking forward to using the pool, especially when we were initially told it was open until 11p and she said it twice and the grandkids heard this. "

"My friends band was playing at the venue around the corner! When I noticed this was the stop on the tour, I said "yes, my favorite hotel"! If you are a music lover, this is the place for you! Rooms are SO unique, staff is amazing, pool is great, just all around a wonderful stop! Cannot wait to go back!"
