Covering 70 m2 over two stylish floors, the villa comfortably accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, or up to five if needed. Its modern, minimal decor, high-quality appliances, and Italian furnishings create a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

Layout
On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright living room with a 40" HDTV and a comfortable seating area that opens directly to the pool. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining counter is just steps away, making self-catering effortless. A bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer complete this level.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, A/C, a 26" smart TV, a dressing table, and a balcony overlooking the pool and offering unobstructed views of the Cretan Sea. One bedrooms en-suite bathroom includes a hydromassage bathtub and a sitting area, while the other features a beautiful oval bathtub. An additional family bathroom with a shower cabin serves the first floor.
Outside, Villa Nayanas landscaped grounds are filled with lush greenery, palms, and tropical plants, creating a serene and vibrant oasis. The area is fully fenced for complete privacy while still offering easy access to the beach.
- A private pool that can be heated with an additional daily charge for entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
