There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the

Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
