"The hotel was fantastic! The ocean view is stunning, the staff was great, and the property was immaculate. We had a room with a balcony facing the ocean and practically had to force ourselves to leave the room everyday. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold options. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. All of hotel staff were professional and ready to assist the guests. There were only two cons to the hotel, the internet connection and the stairs. The internet connection was not very strong and had to be reset for us because it stopped working at one point. The receptionist quickly responded when we called and fixed it. The second issue is the stone steps leading to the hotel. Some of the steps are at an incline, which are a problem when making your way down. Some of the stones are also smooth and can make it easy to slip. They are not for the weak! The stairs in the hotel property are fine. You can contact the hotel before you arrive and ask for assistance with luggage. They will bring them down the stairs for you. Would we stay here again? YES! I hope this review helps. Happy travels! "Pros: beautiful view on the quiet side of Oia Nice big room AC was perfect Porter brings your bags to the room and back to up when you check out. WiFi was pretty good Staff was very nice and helpful with reservations hot tub was a must (amazing view while drinking some wine and relaxing after lots of walking) Cons: Breakfast was repetitive Water went out completely 2 of the 6 days (no way to even take a shower or flush) I do believe this was because of the storm that hit on 24 May 2025 Lots of steps to get to and from the hotel (140ish) mainly down steps getting to the hotel, majority up steep steps leaving the hotel and heading into Oia. You get 2 bottles of water upon arriving but everything else must be purchased even though you cannot drink the water from the tap. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives but the hotel and staff really are fantastic. I also understand the importance of an honest review. "

"Very good location, close to main pedestrian area of Oia, quiet and within proximity of parking area. Very useful information provided by the staff. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Awesome views from the hotel rooms and pool area. The breakfast offered was outstanding and definitely recommended."

"This place is absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early, way before check in and they were more than accommodating. They stored our bags and allowed us to use the pool and shower facilities. They were extremely communicative and gave us many great tips and recommendations. It was extremely serene and the rooms are beautiful. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will most definitely be going back in the future. Thank you Elea, we had the most amazing time. "

"Everything about this hotel was perfection! From being picked up at the port to the welcome drink on arrival! The staff here were friendly, helpful and aimed to make your stay amazing! Breakfasts were included and a perfect way to start your day and a fantastic selection of delicious prepared choices. We didn’t get to use the spa on property as our stay was short. There were two choices of pools, a bar and a beach with water sports right below hotel. We booked stand up paddling one afternoon It was walking distance to more restaurants and a short taxi to town! Loved our stay here! Would love to return and stay longer!"
