This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Studio rooms a little small (pictures was misleading)) However the room and facilities were clean and employees very friendly and helpful

Not as clean and maintained as shown in pictures, floors nasty!! Bed just had a mattress cover with sheet on it, key card we had trouble with twice and staying on the 11th floor with elevators hard to get in a timely matter made it worse, parking deck horrible even for a small car and up, down lanes not very well marked, no wash cloths in room, 2 trips made to front desk for towels/ cloths in 4 days we were there, not enough luggage racks for people, when checking out we had to carry most of the luggage over to the parking deck and up to the 3rd floor of the deck, the pool had a odor to it as tho there wasnt enough maintenance being done to treat the water, someone was smoking weed in the elevators, several times it was all we could stand to get in the elevators! Very disappointed in this place of business!! This is the 2ND REVIEW I HAVE DONE ON THE STAY AND HAVENT GOTTEN A RESPONSE BACK FROM THE BUSINESS..

It was good and a decent place to stay. The staff was always cleaning floors and elevators. Pools were clean too. The food in the restaurant was horrible though, so we had to go out for meals.

We do love the PG and this home was the best ever. Roomy, quite, clean and comfy. Great shower too. The only bummer was the outdoor bar was not open for mid-day food and the hot tubs were not very clean, lots of mold. But, the pool was good and access to the beach, perfect. Our little dog loves the elevator rides!!

My husband and I love this property, we love that is pet friendly and overall is always a great experience. However this time, our bed in room 1122 was the worst bed we have ever laid on. There is a very deep indentation in the middle of the mattress and we were not able to sleep comfortably during our 4 day stay. Usually we come here to relax and rest but this was hard to do without good sleep. Thank you.

Price was great, location was good, bed was worn out, back ache every night. They have free movie rentals unlimted, great views, was a little tight in bathrooms and refrigerators need working ice makers so you dont have to travel up and down the elevators. Over all I would stay there again, Thanks for the lodging.

This was our 2nd year staying at The Patricia Grand and we enjoyed every day. Our room was clean when we arrived and we were so glad that this year we had a broom and dustpan, as well as coffee pot in our room.....we weren't so lucky last year. The view of the sunrises, sunsets, and ocean were amazing. My only complaint is how small the bathroom is and the lack of pressure in the shower. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely loved staying at the Patricia Grand! Our room was spacious, clean, centrally located in the hotel right by an elevator bank, and had an amazing view of the beach and pool. We had a great time swimming at the pool and enjoyed the poolside bar and entertainment. The beach was lovely too, and thankfully we went at a time when the weather was perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

When first arriving, I thought oh noooo. $400 a night for this? (4th of July). We had a great stay! We were in town from Michigan checking out a community for retirement. This place was perfect for what we needed. Great dj at the pool bar. Nice carryouts from the restaurant. Great view!

Check-in was for 4 pm however, we were not allowed to check in until 8:45 pm. We were so frustrated and exhausted. A lot of the guests had to wait to check-in hours later. What an horrible experience!
