During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Beautiful, clean room on 17th floor overlooking the beach. Only did one night stop over, but the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Plenty of restaurants, shops and activities in area.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The space is small but was all we needed for 2. Great view. March isn't as busy so it made for easy get around and plenty of space on the beach.

Absolutely loved the beach view balcony. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is tiny and the couch has seen better days but we enjoyed ourselves and were comfortable.

We loved the pools and the hammocks!!! The condo was very comfortable and cozy. It was perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable. The furniture could use an upgrade. But overall, we enjoyed the space.

Another great birthday vacation

There was a small issue at the time of my arrival, but housekeeping took care of it in a timely manner. The place was as pictured on the website, very clean and neat. The view of the ocean from the living area and bedroom was breathtaking 😍 I'll definitely be back again.

After Thanksgiving getaway

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Patricia Grand. The view was fantastic! My wife really enjoyed watching the dolphins off our balcony. The condo was clean and was just as described on VRBO. The pool was nice, but there was an excessive amount of chlorine in the hot tubs. We used the gym twice during our stay. It was clean and functional and we enjoyed using it. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The home was great. Couch a little old and sagging but overall was fine. Could upgrade to softer sheets but was ok. The Patricia grand itself - well the “coffee bar” was only open 2 out of the 4 days, restaurant was open for breakfast but the bar and restaurant were not open any of the nights we were there. Great location on the beach! Beautiful views. But given the disappointing amenities next trip will be scheduled elsewhere

We stayed on the 17th floor and had a beautiful view. The beach access was clean convenient. Outdoor and indoor pool is great and there were great drinks at the pool bar!! Free DVD rentals and coupons to seasonal activities were a wonderful surprise. Overall a great stay. Gave 4 stars because the room could have been cleaner. The floors were slightly dirty when we walked in and the water smelled a little funny. But everything else made up for it, would recommend this place.

Filthy, run down, needs help

Old furnishings that need replacing, floor was wet but not cleaned. Sandy when dried. Toilet cant be cleaned, looks nasty all the time, hair and dirt in bathroom drawers and sink, melted butter on counter, toaster was full of melted butter, washed table and wipe was BLACK, catsup on table. It was nasty. My advise on this is to bring cleaning products in order for you to clean your room. Extra pillow looks like it has never been replaced. Other then cleanliness, the place is good. Could use better security
