Honestly as far as being close to the beach that's all I can say that's good. Only 1 set of fresh towels the first night we didn't even have any 😒. Nothing on the Roku TV worked, bathroom really small kept hitting my head. Not gonna lie the I feel like giving them 2 stars is pushing it. Won't be booking here again....the bed was comfy though.

Staff was great, great communication definitely no complaints because they were very understanding and considerate. Although, the pictures feel like AI. The place was nice but nothing like the pictures, could’ve been cleaned up better. Amenities could also be upgraded. I would say the pool was great!

5 stars! We enjoyed every bit of our vacation. Although I am glad we didn’t have kids because the WiFi does not work. The tvs don’t get a good enough signal to load anything. The pool was warm and clean the rooms are spotless with everything clean and white. Exactly as pictured. Only complaint I had was that the WiFi doesn’t work too great. I actually prefer hotels away from the beach so we never had to drive down Ocean Blvd. We walked everywhere. Make sure that you complete the check in that texts to your phone at least an hr before you arrive or you won’t be able to get into your room. They will text you the door code and room number. There are no staff. Self check in.

Staff service excellent!! The place and parking, very good. Air conditioning was good. About the clean room, curtains big windows was so bad, Kitchen utensils very good, bathroom good but some utensils in the bathroom did not work to support towels. It is a place in an exceptional location, excellent communication with the staff, despite being virtual. The wifi leaves a lot to be desired, it doesn't work. We intended to rest after the beach every day but it was impossible with the noise that comes from the place next to the place until 2 am and the people who roam the place with parties, music and screams... that complicates everything.

Hotel cancelled my reservation

My hotel reservation was cancelled via email while I was on vacation 5 days before my stay. They could have call, leave a voicemail or send a text message. I had to find a different one at the last minute.

I had to message the property the day of to get a code for the door. The room was far from what is shown in the pictures and described. The room was very dirty and the noise around the property was very loud. I would not recommend staying here at all.

People were loud outside past midnight hanging out in the courtyard, the beds were extremely loud, creaky and uncomfortable. The TV remote barely controlled the TV, limiting the number of channels. Many people around the area use up the parking spaces and dont even stay at the hotel. The bathroom fan wasnt working at all upon arrivial.
