With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Very comfortable in peaceful property and the breakfast was awesome at the Magnolia. I'm giving the stay three star only because of the no upgrade in the room. Couldn't find 1 USB charging port had to plug into the TV. Staff was awesome and super friendly. Great staff everyone greeted with a smile.

Perfect getaway

Nice View. Strong Smell

When you enter, you get hit with an overpowering smell of cleaning fluid. The view is nice. Nothing special amenities. Check-in is a bit rough. You need to listen carefully to parking and condo location instructions. I had to go back twice for clarifications, and I wasn't the only one.

It was a great view and location. It was smaller than I thought it would be. I would not stay again due to no daily house keeping. We had to ask the front desk for a broom to sweep up all the sand on the floor that we tracked in that they didn’t bring up until we asked a 2nd time that evening.

Stayed for three days and location was great. The hotel is dated and cleaning was not great. There were areas of mold on baseboards in bathroom and no house cleaning services while you are there. Refrigerator was not working but they did get a repairman out quickly.

Nice views but…

Condo has great view of the beach and the resort was comfortable and clean. Parking across the street was good and free breakfast was okay. Room generally clean and here’s the but - I was eaten alive by bed bugs. Itched a bit on Saturday night and it woke me a few times but by Sunday I had bites all over arms and legs. Red and swollen and massive itching. Lasted 4 days despite hydrocortisone cream. Nice condo and view but won’t sleep in that bed again

We loved our stay at Carolinian Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our room was nice and clean. Our beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The price of the room was very good also. The breakfast was very good. The only suggestion I have is to update the dresser and the bathroom. There was nothing wrong with what it there now, it just needs updating. I will call again for reservation.

Summer vaca

Location is perfect. View of the beach from the room was beautiful. House keeping is not the best trash was left in the bathroom from previous guest we rented t2 rooms both had mold in the bathrooms. Sheets where not changed from previous guest by the look of things sheets are very old in my opinion based on what they are charging they can do better.
