Description is not accurate

The condo was nice but description is not accurate. It states that it sleeps 4 but there is only a king bed and a recliner. It worked okay for me with myself and my 3 kids but definitely would not work a group of adults or parents with teenagers. Also the pictures are a little deceiving, the building that the unit is located in only has a small pool that is 1/2 inside and 1/2 outside. All the other pools, the water park and arcade are located in a different building so you have to cross the street to access them. Overall the stay was okay for us, we were in town for softball so we just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. I probably would not book again but that is because having my 9 year old sleep in a recliner and sharing a bed with my 13 year old and my 4 year old wasn’t what I was expecting.

When we arrived we checked the bed sheets. The fitted sheet appeared clean, however the top sheet looked like people with dirty feet had been in it. There were also multiple hairs on the sheet. We wanted to also wash our travel cups from our 15 hour drive. There was no dish soap, they did have some dishwasher detergent available, but no dishwasher in the unit. No one showed until between 10:30-11:00 pm with the sheets and soap. We had been on the road sine 2:30 am. The next day, the large burner on the stove did not work. There was inadequate kitchen supplies to be advertised as a useable kitchen. We tried to turn the tv on at bedtime and found it had power but "no signal". I did contact Unwind Vacations. We had no tv for the duration of our stay. When leaving I called for a luggage cart. I was told one would be brought over to our unit. We waited 30 min. I called again, I was assured one would be there soon. We finally gave up and hauled everything down to the car in multiple loads. We would have been able to get on the road an hour and a half earlier if we would have just loaded up instead of waiting or if they would have followed through with the luggage cart. While we had a great time in Myrtle Beach, I would not recommend this Resort as a place to stay.
