☆ Sea Breeze (Building A): A water park paradise with a lazy river, the Grand Strand's largest oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, and a 12-person hot tub.

Shared Resort Amenities

☆ Safety First: Please use only the main entrance for now, as construction areas are restricted for your safety. A $500 fine applies for unauthorized access.

☆ Alternative Amenities: While our building's hot tub and adjacent outdoor pool are under enhancement, enjoy convenient access to nearby pools and hot tubs, ensuring your leisure time remains uninterrupted.

Other things to note
★ You and your guest have access to ALL available amenities at the resort.

★ At least one guest must be 23 to rent at this property. The resort does not allow renters under 23 years old. Guests must produce a valid ID that matches the reservation name or they will be denied at the gate.

★ No check-in counter - door code provided the morning of check in. Go directly to the unit!

★ No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in the condo or in the building. A minimum fine of $500 will be assessed upon evidence of smoking. Smoking areas are designated outside the building.

★ No pets of any kind are allowed. ADA-recognized Service Animals must be pre-registered and approved prior to arrival. ESA animals are not permitted. A minimum fine of $500 per day will be assessed upon evidence of a pet in the unit.

★ Only the number of guests on the reservation is permitted to occupy the condo at any time.

★ A one-time $20 gate fee for all vehicles is collected directly by the gate agents.

★ Motorcycles are allowed. Trailers are not allowed except during specific times.
