This was an average stay for a hotel at Myrtle Beach. The front desk attendant that checked me in was the most positive experience. I did not get her name but she was an African-American lady. The least positive parts of the stay was that we did not get any room service at all during our two night stay. No attempts, no clean towels, no trash removed so just imagine. Luckily we had enough towels to get us through. Lastly, when I went to call the front desk anout an issue is when i discovered that the phone did not even work, not even a dial tone. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was nice and had excellent breakfast and many nice seating areas facing the beach to lounge in. The rooms were comfortable, the pools and hot tub were clean and fun, and the restaurant and food truck at the hotel were great too. Will stay again!
