Presented by Luxury Beach Rentals, this suite is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. The master features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and private entrance to main balcony. The Master en-suite has a large granite top vanity with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a large whirlpool soaker tub. The additional 2 bathrooms also have granite top vanities. Adjacent to the 2nd bathroom is the second bedroom with two double beds. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa. You will also enjoy large flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and two additional bathrooms with granite countertops. Guests can also park on the sixth level and go straight to the condo without having to use the stairs or elevators!

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition.

Situated in a residential neighborhood, a 1,000 feet to the closest resort in each direction. The unit was as advertised; clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Golf Trip

Fantastic, easy to find, easy to check in. Having parking on the same level as the room was amazing for loading and unloading the vehicle. Would definitely stay again if I am back in the area.

Wonderful Holiday Escape

This property is just like the photos. Very well appointed kitchen, nice homey touches and very clean. We stayed for 12 days over Christmas and really enjoyed the oceanfront location; when we had problems with the plumbing the rental company was really prompt in fixing our issue(s). I can highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location and lovely property to enjoy some beachfront vacation time.

Amazing stay

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Lots of grocery stores and ice cream shops near by. The pools were awesome and never crowded. Would definitely come back again.

The property was exactly as pictured. The condo was spacious and well decorated. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pools and hot tub were very nice. We loved the outdoor seating around the fireplace in the evening. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again!

Accurate listing, great location, slightly clunky experience

The accomodations were great for our group of four (one couple, two singles). We were able to walk to a really fun bar (Jimigans!) and having a kitchen was a plus. But if I were staying again (and I would), I would book with the resort directly. Booking through VRBO added lots of off-putting bureaucratic layers--a separate call to verify our ages, additional paperwork, constant admonitions to not trash the place, and all the check-out processes you expect from a rental...but with the impersonal touch of a hotel (AND hotel check-in/check out procedures!). Just book directly and enjoy a full resort experience.

Great ocean front property

If you are looking for unobstructed ocean views, then this property is perfect. It was spacious and well appointed. Being on the sixth level made it very easy to unload our baggage and groceries. It’s in a quiet location in a neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation

The property looked exactly as the pictures. The condo was clean and the resort was family friendly. We had no trouble getting to the beach and pool. Only down side was the parking garage, it was very tight and sometimes we would have to let everyone out before parking to not hit walls or other cars with the doors.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and comfortable, resort was very nice. So many places to sit by the beach without being ON the beach. Glen the musician in the evenings and the fire pits was a really nice surprise. Some deep cleaning needs to be done but we were there at the end of the season so hopefully that will happen during the winter months.
