There is nobody working the front desk at night. We were locked out of our room for 2 hours overnight because the code wasn't working and the door wouldnt open. Nobody picked up my phone calls or responded to my texts. Still haven't got a response from them. Also, the room was not as advertised. We were SHORT A BED, and the 2 queens were actually doubles. Would not recommend staying here.

This place took my reservations and my money 6 weeks in advance but when I arrived, after a 10 Hour drive , they told me they had no room for me because they were doing renovations. They gave me no help in finding a new hotel room and as of now I still haven’t received refund for their mistake. They had no recourse for me and we’re very rude. The woman on the phone since there wasn’t anyone in the office hung up on me !! I’m very disappointed in the Mermaid Inn and Travelocity !!
