Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and picnic area located between building 1 and 2 featuring brand new grills.

A Place at the Beach III is a short driving distance from Tanger Outlets and several golf courses. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are great places for the entire family to spend the day shopping and dining at several of their great restaurants. Perfect place to stay

This is a nice little place. Out the door, down the steps and you're right on the beach. The back of Ocean Annie's beach Bar is facing the belcony, so you can listen to the different bands all day and evening or just a few steps away you can go over to the bar. There is no elevator but wasn't too much of a problem. The Host is very pleasant. All in all I will go there again.

This was the second time my family and I have stayed here and once again it did not disappoint.

Manager is very responsive and respectful has everything lined out in checklist form and always available. Everything you would need for a household is set up and clean and reasy to go. beautiful ocean view and bonus over looking Ocean Annies where they play live music every evening until 11pm so you can sit on tje balcony and watch the sun go down vibing to to great cover bands. Perfect location eating and shops and 8 min from Walmart. This is an Ideal family vacation destination. I see us once again being back in the future.

We’ve stayed in multiple units at APATB 3 for the past 8 years. You can’t beat the location and this condo was nicely updated. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean and decorated nicely. Excellent view of the ocean and close access to the beach being 3 units from the beach. We have enjoyed the Shore Dr area for over 10 years.

Amazing!

I can't believe our annual winter stay is over! Always enjoy the accommodations that are so close to sand, surf, entertainment and shopping! A GREAT place to stay!!

DRAB Condo

This property is unfit for renting. Part of the ceiling is falling down. The patio door blinds are broken and missing slats. There is mold in several places, especially the main bathroom. Mice are plentiful. Roaches as well. Most metal surfaces are rusted and/or corroded. The kitchen table is delaminating, and 2 of the chairs are cracked. The floors are dirty enough that you have to wear shoes at all times or your socks or bare feet will turn black. The appliances are corroded. The microwave grinds loudly while running. The light fixture over the sink is rusted. The shower fixtures are dirty and corroded. The toilet seats are wooden and stained underneath. The bathroom shelves and light fixtures are rusted and corroded. The door and cabinet hinges are rusted and corroded. The entry locks have no keypad entry, so the keys have to be handed off a lot. I'm not a germ expert, but my experience tells me that staying there is a risk to ones health.

Ok, good view! Condo could be brighter & updated-flooring was nice. Master bathroom very small. Missing toilet paper roller in main bathroom. Couldn’t get TV’s to work-no signal….

Dirty and dark, left after day 3 for a cleaner better lighted condo. It was just depressing inside. But, the location and beach was great

Love this area

We have been bringing our boys to this condo area for 19 years. We had beautiful weather, our condo was comfy and provided everything we needed. There were umbrellas, chairs, beach toys and boogie boats for us to use, this and the included linens and towels really was a plus, since we have a small suv. The sofas were really comfy and all the beds too. Would recommend this place. Only comment would be the water pressure or shower head needed to be bigger.

Condo in Dis-repair

The online pics looked great must be older, the balcony towel bar is falling off, wood around balcony rotten, inside ceiling has a couple of bad leak spots, master shower is terrible poor water pressure, main bathroom fan inop, very small tv's will not stay in this unit again.

Location was good . Condo needs to be updated! It’s to dark for a beach condo , all dark wood paneling through out needs to be painted a lighter color ( light gray for example) . And needs updated light fixtures and decor .
