Pools were freezing cold. No room service - have to change your own towels and trash. Room was nice and beachfront room was really nice. Ocean access was excellent.

The overall experience was good with the exception of the rain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing is we rented the penthouse suite and it did not provide everything it said it would have. Also it was no complimentary breakfast

Wonderful location on the north side of the beach. Will need to drive to get to boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. Overall great Resort with plenty for little children to do. Really didn’t need to leave my 7 year old loved it. Arcade, water park, and pizza right on the resort!!

We stayed for a couple days. It was quite nice, but the room was so dirty, except beds fortunately the bedding were clean! But anyway hotel should pay attention to cleaning, and the windows were unclean and we even could not see clearly through

Room wasn’t not very clean and tub did not drain water and coffee maker was broken brought a ! new one which did not take the coffee they supplied ! The second shift girl was very friendly

Overall it was ok. The staff wasn’t very friendly but not outright rude either. The bathroom wasn’t clean, shower curtain had black spots on it and the exhaust fan was broken, I attempted to call the front desk multiple times but no response. For those reasons it was just ok.

We had a nice quiet stay with our 8 yr old. We enjoyed the pool and Waterpark as well as the fun zone. Close to many stores and restaurants. Right on the beach for very fast access to the beach.

Amazing location that can’t be beat. Although it’s an older facility they have renovated it and it was very clean. The restaurant and pool downstairs are unbeatable as well as beach access. I would stay here again!
