Ocean and Pool view - Nov. and Dec. dates available

Pelican's Landing is located off of Hwy 17 within 5-15 min. of Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Opry, Pirate's Voyage, Alabama Theater, several miniature golf locations, restaurants and more. Popular Ocean Annie's and Flip Flops are within walking distance. The beach is just steps away across the street which is a dead end so little traffic to deal with.

This beautiful newly remodeled condo has 3 BR (PB - Queen bed, 2nd BR - Queen bed, 3rd BR 2 Twin beds) 2 1/2 BA (Primary bath has stand up shower, 2nd bath has full tub/shower and 3rd bath has toilet and sink) We are located on the 3rd floor so our unit has a large skylight, and is also a corner unit so there are 2 additional windows including one with a window seat. There are ceiling fans throughout and central air, Wifi and cable TV. The balcony off of the living room is screened in and there is a separate balcony off of the Primary Bedroom. In the courtyard located by the pool is a play set for the kids and a picnic area. There is a second pool located off the beach which you will have access to also. The washer and dryer is enclosed in the private laundry room located off the screened porch which also serves as storage for beach chairs and sand toys. This unit is conveniently located next to the elevator.

This is a Non-Smoking unit and according to HOA regulations renters must be 25 years of age. Two parking passes will be provided to you during your stay. Also no motorcycles, trailers and pets according to HOA regulations. Bath towels, wash rags and linens are provided. If damages are made to the condo or it's contents during your stay you will be liable up to $250.

Quick weekend on Shore Drive

Condo is in our favorite area of Myrtle Beach. We have stayed in the same complex several times but this rental was MUCH more user friendly. It has everything you need and the owners communicate directly with you for check-in, much better than having to go to a rental management office!!!! We are planning on booking again for July 4th.

I have stayed at Pelican’s Landing before but really liked this condo. Very cute and clean. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and a wagon.

Great weekend trip!

We stayed at this property for the 2nd time for a long weekend, and it was just as nice as the 1st time. Listing is as advertised and photos are accurate. The beach access is just across the street - an easy 5 minute walk. The public beach access now has permanent bathroom access which makes a day at the beach even more convenient. Beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon and other beach supplies are included. Great, quiet area of Myrtle Beach, but still close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

A new favorite

My friends and I have stayed quite a few places in Myrtle Beach and this is our new favorite. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely stocked. The location is convenient with an easy walk to the beach. We also found a new favorite local restaurant close by -Bimini's Oyster Bar. We will definitely be back!

Lovely and spacious condo

This property was clean and decorated nicely. It is a wonderful location. It is in the heart of Myrtle Beach but in a very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again. The only problem we had was trying to locate the building and unit number. It’s a tad bit confusing, but we figured it out.

Amazing accommodation

This property was beautiful. The location was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beach was a short walk away. We were very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook with was there. The host was very fast to respond. We were here during the hurricane, tropical storm, whatever it was by the time it got to us, and the place held up well. For the price, I am very happy with this place and would absolutely stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We took my 81 year old grandmother. It was easy for her to get around. She had said that this was the best vacation. She loves going out and drinking her coffee out on the balcony every morning. I would definitely rent this place I. The future. Get location and just steps away from the beach. Will recommend this place to many.

We'll be back again next year!

This was our second year staying here. The area is perfect. Everything is walking distance or a short drive. It's very quiet at night eventhough there's a lot going on. Condo is wonderful. Clean & nicely decorated. Balcony overlooks the pool. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Some of the appliances have been updated since last year. Owners are great to work with. They get back to you right away. We will stay here the next time we come back.

Clean, well located. Easy to communicate with owners. Walk to beach, convenience store and 2 bars. Short drive to golf, Krogers, outlets, Walmart and more. Everything in condo worked well....oven, blender, coffee machine, tvs, wifi, etc. Pool was open and water was warm. Nice screened in porch. A good choice.

Convenient beach condo

The owners were extremely responsive to our messages. The location was excellent with just a short walk across the street to get to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and sitting on the screened in porch in the condo that overlooked the pool. The mini fridge and sink in the hallway were a nice touch. It suited the 5 of us (2 adults/3kids) comfortably. Plenty of food options in the area. The cookware was a bit on the old side but it did the trick. The building was quiet as well. Hardly heard a peep from any of the neighbors. There were some minor inconveniences like a broken garbage disposal and keypad on the laundry room gave us trouble. Other than that, I would stay here again for a short visit.
