The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 2nd floor, ocean view studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach (no need to wait for the elevator). Watch and listen to the waves on a very private balcony as if they are under your feet. This apartment is fully and warmly furnished with 1 queen-size bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! This layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! In the Summer of 2020, brand new granite countertops were installed! Our guests will have access to the entire apartment, and the space is not shared with anyone. Guests will have their own, private entry, private balcony, and nearly 400 sq. ft of living space inside the apartment.

As of Winter 2023 the owner updated the flooring in the main living space as well as installed brand new curtains throughout!

We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
