Other things to note:

Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an extra resort fee for exclusive access. As our guest, you are unable to access these areas; however, with the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Condo Stay

The actual condo was great! It was clean, comfortable with nine people, and a great location. The “Lazy River” did not flow, and the cleanliness of the rest of the property left a lot to be desired. We would consider staying there again!

Communication was top notch!

The property manager replied within minutes to ANY questions or concerns my family may of had. Our family of 5 did not feel cramped at all, the balcony was a huge plus. It was very spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We were also able to book an extra day (there was a day where no one had booked the condo!). Prime location as well, we were 8 minutes away from broadway at the beach and had plenty of food options near us. We definitely will recommend this Condo to family and friends looking to stay in, Myrtle Beach!

Excellent condo in great location!!

The condo is bright and clean, and just steps from the beach!! We had a great time and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool on when it rained. It was very close to restaurants and attractions as well. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with although we minimally needed to, because everything was taken care of. 10/10 would return for sure!!!

LAZY RIVER NOT INCLUDED or available for VRBO GUESTS

Beautiful room, ocean views as pictured, top notch bed linens, pillows and bath towels made our visit feel luxurious. We were 4 adults and 5 children and never felt cramped or crowded. The kitchen had nice dishes and tons of every day needed items. We were lacking nothing in the way of household comforts. Although, we brought our own drying towel rack and stick vacuum (and very glad we did). The only things that were disappointing because their advertising states otherwise…the condo was notCOVID19 SANITIZED & the LAZY RIVER was NOT included for guests of vrbo and we could NOT purchase bands from the concierge. As far as Covid Cleanliness: There was a huge spill in the microwave and fingerprints on every shiny kitchen surface as well as glass doors. The toilets were covered in sand but sparkly white other wise. The shower curtains in both baths had mildew growing on them but tubs looked clean. There were dirty tissues in the window of one of the front bedrooms. The master bath had a broken vanity drawer but my husband fixed it upon our arrival. Overall, this was still the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and I definitely would stay there again! I would not have mentioned the two disappointments if they would not have advertised the contrary. People with children will be wanting to use the lazy river. And someone immune compromised would really appreciate honesty in regards to standards of cleanliness. I took photos checking in and checking out. I would give 5 stars for

Clean and Updated!

I was hesitant to book this property because there were no reviews at the time, but im so glad we did! The condo was clean, spacious and just as described. Check in was easy! I never received the email for the door code, but as soon as I contacted them, they got it to us right away and had great communciaton. The whole property is nice and right on the beach. The poolside restaurant and bar are a plus! Would definitely stay here again! We have been to Myrtle Beach for the past 6 years and this is a top stay!
