Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the game room, and the fully fenced backyard. There are no shared spaces—everything is exclusively yours to enjoy. You’ll also have access to all amenities provided in the home for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We provide guests with privacy while remaining readily available throughout your stay. Our team is responsive, attentive, and happy to assist with anything you may need — from local recommendations to questions about the home. Check-in is seamless and contactless, but we are always just a message away to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Additional Services & Policies

We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:

Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.

Pet Policy:
$150 for the first pet.
A $100 additional fee applies for a second pet. This charge will be sent separately.

Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.

Bicycle Rentals: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements.

Beach Equipment: There are four beach chairs, a wagon and 10 beach/pool towels available.

Baby Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Baby equipment can be delivered upon request with an additional cost. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery.

To finalize your reservation and receive your access codes, the following professional management steps must be completed through our secure guest portal:

Photo ID Submission: A valid government-issued ID is required from the primary guest for identity verification.

Rental Agreement: A short electronic rental agreement acknowledging house rules and property boundaries must be signed.

Security Deposit or Damage Coverage: You must select one of the following two options:

Refundable Security Deposit ($1,000): A credit card authorization (hold) that is released within 7 days of checkout, provided no damages occur.

Non-Refundable Damage Waiver ($60): A one-time, non-refundable fee that provides you with accidental damage protection during your stay.
