We were here for 4 days/3 nights. Positives: Location is convenient to most MB attractions. Oceanfront room with balcony was great to have. Kitchenette was sufficient for easy meals and food storage. Great water pressure in the shower. Negatives: Parking is horrible as we often had to park across the street behind another building. Building is in rough shape with no amenities such as a pool, ice machine, fitness room, or vending. Property description does mention this. I found some type of trash in the bed that appeared to have blood stains. Also found a spot on the pillow case. Everything else was cleaned sufficiently. Sliding glass door is very hard to open to balcony. AC unit does not cool the space well and does not reach the bathroom.

The host was very nice and communicative. Property and room was clean and the water pressure was amazing in both sinks and shower. The Keurig was also a nice addition. Location was perfect, there was plenty to do very nearby. The only thing I would tell travelers is that you only recieve one set of towels for the entire duration of your stay so make sure to pack some.
