  • Welcome to 707ST, our 3 bedroom 2 bath condo at SeaWatch South Tower. Nestled away, off a private road in North Myrtle Beach, SeaWatch offers everything.

    Located on the 7th floor this condo offers great views. 1 king, 3 queens

    We fell in love with our condo and the view the minute we saw it.

    A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

    Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
