I enjyed some aspects of this roperty but clearly it is in a state of renovation.but the staff were excellent and the price was reasonable if not cheap for an oceanfront room

The property needs a good cleaning. It smells. There was no food or bar service. Construction going on at the site. Personnel not very professional. Only 2 employees were friendly. Said they might be merging with Marriott. That would be a good thing.
