The third-floor unit features vaulted ceilings, an open-concept layout, and a private balcony overlooking the water, providing a peaceful place to relax and watch boats pass by.

The condo includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen offers cookware, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee supplies, spices, and oils. Smart TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi are available throughout the unit.

Guests have access to a variety of community amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, a putting green, and walking trails leading to a waterway pier. Picnic areas with grills and shared gathering spaces are also available. A key card is provided for amenity access.

Guests have use of the entire condo and shared community amenities. Free parking is available directly in front of the building; a parking pass must be displayed on the rear-view mirror throughout the stay.
