Stairs are steep and no elevator. The bathroom fan and fan light did not work. Television did not work. The person at the desk was overwhelmed, but did the best he could with no help. He finally got the TV to work. The breakfast that was advertised was not a breakfast, but more of a snack. Very misleading. There is very little pride of ownership showing. Would not stay there again."
