The carpet in the hallways were wet and sticky. I had to remove my shoes on entering my room. I just felt like everything needed a deep clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. "

"Getting on the WiFi was a nightmare to sign onto. It took multiple times entering the same ID and password to get in. When I tried to sign in another device, it wouldn’t allow it. Same problem for my wife’s phone. Absolutely frustrating. This should be a user friendly process that doesn’t require unnecessary user info. Worst experience I’ve ever had in all my hotel stays over the decades! Get IT to revamped their processes and policies to accommodate the customer sign-on."

"Late afternnon/evening staff really helpful and friendly. King Room was spacious w/desk, pull out couch and comfy bed. Breakfast was combo of hot and cold items, all plentiful. Dining area got crowded at 8:30am and ran out of places to sit. "
